Service Description
The Portrait Experience — £95 A relaxed studio portrait session designed around your dog. Your session lasts for up to 90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to let your dog settle in, explore the studio and get comfortable. There’s no expectation that they’ll sit perfectly on command — that’s my job to work around. We’ll create a varied collection of professionally photographed portraits, capturing their character as well as the more polished images you’d expect from the studio. After your session, you’ll return for a private viewing of your finished portraits, where you can choose anything you’d like to purchase. There is no minimum purchase and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. Portraits and artwork are purchased separately: Professional prints from £75 High-resolution digital portraits from £95 Wall art from £495 You can also choose from complete portrait and wall-art collections at your viewing. Session fee: £95 Your session fee secures your studio appointment and covers the photography and private viewing. It does not include prints, digital images or wall art. Can’t find a suitable date? Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Booking Your session fee is payable in full when booking and secures your agreed date and time. If I am unable to provide your session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the session fee. If your dog becomes seriously ill or is unable to attend for welfare reasons, please contact me as soon as possible. We can normally rearrange the session. Where rearranging isn't appropriate, I may offer a refund or allow the session to be transferred to a friend or family member. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. 2. Changing or Cancelling Your Session Plans sometimes change. If you need to move your session, please give me at least 7 days' notice wherever possible and I'll arrange another suitable date. Changes requested with less than 7 days' notice may still be accommodated where there is a genuine unforeseen reason, such as illness, a family emergency or significant travel disruption. Late cancellations or requests to rearrange without a reasonable cause may result in the session fee being forfeited, as it may not be possible for me to refill the appointment. Failure to attend a session without notice will result in the session fee being forfeited. 3. Online Bookings & Cancellation Rights If you book and pay for a session online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of making the booking. If your session is due to take place during that 14-day period and you ask me to begin providing the service during the cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected once the service has been provided. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, any refund due will be made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are separate from the studio's normal rescheduling and cancellation policy above. 4. Weather & Outdoor Sessions For outdoor sessions, unsuitable weather or other conditions outside our control may mean that we need to change location, move the session to the studio or arrange another date. Any decision to postpone because of weather or safety concerns will be made as close to the session as reasonably possible. There will be no additional session fee where I decide that the session needs to be rearranged. 5. Your Dog's Welfare Your dog's welfare always comes first. I will never knowingly place a dog in a situation that I believe could cause unnecessary distress, discomfort or danger. I reserve
